To the pose: who pracitces Karate might recognize it, it's the opening move of the Kata "Bassai Dai", which i'm learning currently for my next exam (2nd kyu).

Nice! It looks exactly like the opening Sasae-Uke of Passai/Bassai should look! And It's DBZ style, too!
