Even if strong Macho-People are dangerous, People should always tell them what's going on. Otherwise, their Behaviour only gets worse.
And even IF Vegata or whoever would be in his Place, would hurt or even kill you, for being honest - it would be much, MUCH more humiliating to crawl before their Feet and act meek and scared. And believe me, Vegeta is not a complete Idiot. He knows that he shouldn't kill the Friends of Bulma.
Tough i think he changed later about the same as cool as Piccolo.
Still be able to be a incredible nasty Person, but bearable for Human Standarts.
