How Universe 8 was created? Well... many thought during the adventure on Namek, but it was much earlier... it was... Krilin!!!
I wanted to try a different style and I never saw colorations of this special... the glowing ball in the sky is Vegetas Bluez-Ball. You might notice that the panels copied from the manga are mirrored; I guess Dr Bird drew it like the original (Manga-style), but the Salagir corrected him in the last moment...
